Mobile Machines
Since 1995 Cheltec has been performing works on design, modernization, procurement and supply of process equipment to metallurgical and heavy engineering plants. On November 21, 2007 Cheltec received an uncommon request to design a new machine - backhoe-loader - for ChTZ-Uraltrak.
It took Cheltec six and a half months to design, purchase components, manufacture units, assemble and test the pilot machine.
By 75th Anniversary of the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant, Cheltec manufactured the first pilot machine and started certification tests.
Function: Excavation and subgrading of made-up ground, digging of trenches, loading and transportation.

Benefits of new backhoe-loader design:
- Backhoe-loader has a rigid frame.
- Backhoe-loader is equipped with a 180º rotator.
- As the backhoe is shifted along the frame, the machine can be operated close to walls and basements.
- Higher machine reliability due to the use of ZF Friedrichshafen AG rear axle with electronic differential hold and hydromechanical transmission.
- Hydraulic valves from Parker and Sauer-Danfoss.
- Cheltec hydraulic cyliders are reinforced using polyurethane seals.
Cheltec offers services on short-term design and manufacture of pilot machines and modernization of serial products.
