Servo valves
Cheltec designs and manufactures servo drives on the basis of original servo valves and proportional directional control valves, designed by the Cheltec specialists. The application of such units allows using industrial controllers for controlling hydraulic actuators (hydraulic cylinders), thus meeting the requirements of state-of-the-art production technology.
Electrohydraulic fluid
amplifiers (servo valves) are the devices which transform input electrical signal (current) into
output hydraulic signal (flow,
pressure) proportionally. They serve as links between
low-power electrical controllers and hydraulic actuators, and are used in the
systems of automatic adjustment, which are now increasingly applied in
metallurgical and machine-building productions.
Cheltec servo valves benefits:
- low sensitivity to working fluid contamination due to the absence of close gaps;
- high linearity of pressure and flow ratings in the working area;
- high dynamic response.
