Hydraulic station is used to support
actuating hydraulic cylinders of the molding unit SKD-98, operated at the Serov
Plant of Ferrous Alloys.
The hydraulic station is equipped
with the conditioning circuit and additional filter of a drain line to
guarantee high reliability of equipment, system requirements to working fluid
contamination and temperature conditions.
The pumps can be turned on and off
using the central control panel or directly from the electrical cabinet. The modes of access to pumps control
can be set at the control panel of the electric cabinet.
Electric solenoids of hydraulic
control valves and relief valves of the hydraulic power unit are controlled at
the central control panel using the set algorithms.
