Mobile charging units for hydropneumatic accumulators


The mobile unit is designed for pressurized nitrogen (up to 30 MPa) charging of hydropneumatic accumulators and vessels. Nitrogen can be charged from a vessel or a pipeline with nitrogen pressure of no more than 2.0 MPa.


The unit comprises hydraulic system, pneumatic equipment block and electric control cabinet. It is assembled on a cart which can be moved around without any lifting devices.


The hydraulic system comprises a reservoir with a built-in heater, oil indicator, temperature and level switches, a radial-piton pump, a hydropneumatic accumulator (hydropneumatic transducer) and an electrically controlled hydraulic directional valve.

Mobile charging units for hydraulic systems


Mobile charging units are used for mineral oils purification and pumping from containers to hydraulic reservoirs.

Specifications:

  • Two-stage oil purification using metal-mesh filter elements at 16 micron
  • Capacity - 15 l/min; 45 l/min; 150 l/min.  
  • Max pressure at pump outlet – 0.8 MPa. 
  • Suction depth (using a set of hoses) - 3 m. 
  • Weight without a set of hoses - 50…70 kg.
