Since 1997 Cheltec specialists have been developing procedure of dynamic strength tests. Cheltec intends to create a non-destructive technique for strength test of different structures (such as bridges, buildings, etc.) under emergency conditions.

The procedure is based on excitation of vibration of the tested structure at natural frequency by means of pulse series impact, created by reaction force of one or several force actuators; measurement of structure response using vibration detector and transfer of dynamic response data using control computer.
